• Do you have cable and Internet access?

     All apartments have built-in telephone jacks and cable connections. Residents are responsible for paying for their own phone, cable, and internet access. There is free WiFi in all common areas of the community.

  • What is your application process?

    An application is required. Once we have the completed application, have verified the necessary information, and have determined that you meet our eligibility requirements (over 62 or have a mobility impairment), we will place your name on the waiting list. Apartments are offered in the order we receive them.

  • What are your rates?

    Plough Towers has a Section 202/8 Contract with HUD. All rents are based on income and comply with HUD Section 8/202 Rental Guidelines. Utilities are included in the rent.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Plough Towers accepts cash, checks, money orders, and we can automatically draft monthly rent from your checking account.

  • What size are the apartments?

    The 1-bedroom is 523 square feet, and the 2-bedroom is 725 square feet.

  • Do you offer any programs or amenities?

    Plough Towers provides a range of convenient amenities, including a daily Kosher noon meal, a dedicated service coordinator, scheduled transportation, and engaging activities. Residents also enjoy access to an on-site convenience store, beauty/barber shop, exercise room, laundry facilities, computer center, library, and more — making life here comfortable and hassle-free.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Plough Towers does allow pets, and we have a pet policy.
